Your first 2 classes are completely free. It's important to make sure you like the class before committing and to make sure you enjoy the material covered, the class atmosphere, and that the class fits you individually. You have 2 free trial classes once you fill out our insurance waiver below. We can't wait to have you in class!

Sanuces Ryu Jiu Jitsu

An eclectic and individualized Jiu Jitsu system which covers a broad range of strengths and combat styles. Also available to kids!

Filipino Martial Arts

A collection of martial arts which are taught together. Filipino martial arts combines elements of Escrima, Kali, Pekiti Tirsia, and Doce Pares. This art mostly focuses on combat with a stick or knife.

What Is Krav Maga

"Krav Maga (/krɑːv məˈɡɑ "contact-combat") is a military self-defense and fighting system developed for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) that is derived from a combination of techniques sourced from boxing, wrestling, aikido, judo and karate, along with realistic fight training. Easy to learn, hard to forget and quick to deploy techniques, for REAL life situations. We focus on practical self defense for the real world. In addition to krav we offer Filipino Martial arts and Jiu Jitsu for self defense. First 2 classes are free."
